FAQs

Can I wear my shoes in the play area?No. We are a socks only facility. All guests must wear socks and all children must wear non-slip (grip socks). We sell socks for both adults and children if you forget to bring a pair. Shoes must remain in the coat area - no exceptions.

Are you open to the public during birthday parties?Yes, the play area is open to the public during operating hours. We also offer private parties, please contact us for inquiries.

Can I bring a stroller inside?Strollers are not permitted in the playground and must remain in the coat area.

Is outside food allowed?Yes, but the food must nut free. All food must be consumed in the party room or lounge.

Do you have a nursing room?YES!

Can my child continue to play after the party?No. To comply with fire and safety requirement we have to control our capacity.

Can I bring alcohol?No. Alcohol is not permitted.

Can I bring a pinata?We do not allow pinata's, sparklers, confetti cannons or glitter.

Do I have to supervise my child?Yes. We are an unsupervised play facility. A parent of guardian (18 yrs or older) must always supervise the child.

Can i celebrate a party in the lounge instead of booking a party room?No. A party room must be booked to have a celebration. Cakes, cupcakes, pizza, loot bags and gifts are not permitted in the lounge area. You must book a party room in order to celebrate at Kidz At Play.
